Hi!  I'm Ally - a lucky Mum to three awesome boys. I was born in Durham, a beautiful city in the North of England, yet I have spent most of my life moving around this amazing world. For the last ten years, I have had the privilege to call amazing Hong Kong my home.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practioner, trained by the lovely psychology expert, Marisa Peer.

I have spent my entire career meeting and working with people from all walks of life. My passion is to help people however I can. I believe each and every one of us is born to shine and it is our birthright to live our best lives and thrive!
